Welcome to the Zonta Club of Hanalei Website
The Zonta Club of Hanalei was chartered on April 1, 2007. Robin Savage, a long-term, dedicated business woman in Hanalei, rallied fellow professional business women along Kauai's north shore to gather together in support of Zonta International. With an ongoing goal of advancing the status of women worldwide, the Zonta Club of Hanalei became the 2nd Zonta Club on the island of Kauai. The members meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month to discuss their efforts in planning fundraising funds to assist young women with scholarships and more.
Zonta International is a global organization of nearly 33,000 members working together worldwide. In addition to the Zonta Club of Hanalei, there are more than 1,200 Zonta Clubs in 67 countries and geographic areas. Known as “Zontians,” members have committed hundreds of thousands of service hours and millions of dollars to a wide range of women-focused community service projects. Luxury Ladies Spa Day
The Zonta Club of Hanalei is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Luxury Ladies Spa Day on Saturday May 19th, 2012 at the Kauai Nani Estate located in beautiful Kalihiwai Ridge Estates-Kilauea, Kauai. This exclusive event for up to 50 guests is being held from 930am until 430pm.
A full Spa day experience begins with a limousine ride to the property where you will be greeted with a mimosa, then enjoy the many choices to help you relax, and rejuvenate and enjoy the day.
There are Massages, Facials,Yoga, Pilates, Personal Fitness training, water exercises in the pool, ( and a hot tub to enjoy as well), classes in Flower arranging, and Watercolor Art. There are also Zumba dance exercise classes.
We are also offering a delicious gourmet lunch catered by this years SBA winner for the Island of Kauai (and one of our members) Marie Cassel-of Sweet Marie's Hawaii.
There will also be a silent auction for those of you who find "shopping" to be a form of relaxation :)
Day passes are available at $100.00 each if purchased in the month of April-and include an opportunity drawing for a fabulous door prize. After May 1st the ticket price will be $125.00 each.
Tickets will be available soon at Robin Savage Pearls in Hanalei, Hanalei Bay Massage, Sweet Marie's Bakery in Lihue, and the Dophin Touch in Kapaa-as well as from our members.
